update "Orebfuscator" plugin and it's dependency "ProtocolLib" to the latest versions (5.6.0 and dev-1aeb002 accordingly) ... 6a1ff70b10

ProtocolLib should be updated to stable version with 26.1 support (now using development build)

update "hiddenBlocks" sections in Orebfuscator config to use tags ... 150d33807e

"hiddenBlocks" sections was copied from newly generated config

enable Orebfuscator frustrumCulling with FOV 120 and distance 160 a6fc912361
